Learning how to harness your mind to promote growth is the secret of life,

which is why I call it The Biology of Beilef.

Of course the secret of life is not a secret at all.

Teachers like Buddha and Jesus

have been telling us the same story for millennia.

Now science is pointing in the same direction.

It is not our genes but our beliefs that control our lives

Oh ye of little belief !!

Living in love and living in fear create opposite effects in the body and the mind. I’d just like to emphasize again that not only is there nothing wrong with going through life wearing the proverbial rose-colored glasses.

In fact, those rose-colored glasses are necessary for your cells to thrive.

Positive thoughts are a biological mandate for a happy, healthy life.

In the words of Mahatma Gandhi:

Your beliefs become your thoughts

Your words become your actions

Your actions become your habits

Your habits become your values

ACTIVATIONS

"TODAY" is not just any day it is today. A day to enjoy life, a day to love people, a day to expect God to show up. Don't let it slip by, embrace it and you will find it will release life to you. It is true that "today is the first day of the rest of your life".

"ENDURANCE" is a statement of fortitude. In other words I'm in this for the long haul. People that learn to endure are people of great strength because they learn that life is not based on the moment but the journey. They understand that a year from now I'll be better because I will have made it through some stuff. I endured therefore I have "Become". Don't stop keep going you will Endure!

"The PATH" That's the place that was set for us to walk on. The Creator walked it before we found it so He would know how to navigate us on it. Others tried to point us to other paths but we found it, "the one". It was ours and so we walk and our future unfolds before us. Welcome to your journey. Let today unfold!

"AWARENESS" That is the ability to be observant and sensitive to the things around you. The more you are reading things in the Spirit the better you will be at handling them. When you reduce the element of shock by being aware you eliminate the enemy's attempt at getting to you. "Awareness" not only reveals the enemy but also reveals what God is doing! Be Aware God is speaking and revealing all the time

"CHANGE" is a fact of life. It can not be avoided or denied. It will come. It does not need an invitation or permission. We understanding change does not necessarily destroy standards when the change is initiated by God. When it's "God change" it always means growth, development, and health. God knows best where we are and where we need to be and He as the ability to help us get there.

"EFFECTIVE" is success in producing a desired or intended result. To be effective you must live your life on purpose or with intention. In other words you're not waiting to see what happens, you are making things happen in the will of God. You live by directions from God. At the end of your day you will have a sense of accomplishment and success. Be effective today! Let the Lord order your steps and go for it!

"STRUGGLES" are a part of life but they are not your life. They don't define you but how you handle them determines what you become. Add them all together and what they taught you and you will find out where you are today! Don't let one situation dominate you, learn from it and move on! Jesus said, "I have overcome the world. Be of good cheer!"

"DISAPPOINTMENTS" will come in life but their power in your life is determined by how you handle them. The longer you dwell on them and magnify them out of proportion the greater power they have. The greatest way to overcome a disappointment is to establish an "appointment". Establish a set time with God so He can minister to you and speak a word of encouragement and hope.

"GOAL" defines a finish or a desired destination. It also can describe a desired result. When you have no goals you can tend to fall into lethargic living. In other words you just kind of let life happen. There are to many things to accomplish in God for us to put the wheel in circumstances. Take charge and ask God to give you some "Goals" today!

"RUNNING the RACE" Once the gun sounds you have to have a strategy for the race. The goal is set but how to get there is strategic for each runner. A coach helps set the race because he knows the race and the runner. He cannot run the race for you but he can help you achieve your goal. Listen to your coaches they will help you in your process of success! Run to win today!

"EXAMPLE" is someone who sets a standard in conduct. If people observe your life they should see an example. It means we portray certain characteristics that other desire to imitate. This certainly does not mean to clone but to follow after what is true and right. Things like kindness, fairness, honesty, friendship, and honor. Today let's let our light so shine before men that they see our good works (Example).

"REPRESENT" is to be appointed to act or speak for someone. It carries with it responsibility and integrity or it becomes false representation. As children of God we become His representatives on earth. Wow what a responsibility! The word also denotes to re "again" present or "present again". This means that we must be relevant in our presentation. Presenting Him to each generation. Let's start today!!!!

"CARE" is the attitude of the heart towards someone else. It means our eyes have been opened to see the needs around us and we want to help. Jesus was moved with compassion, so must we! The Bible says that the love of Christ has been shed abroad in our hearts. When we draw upon that eternal love we learn to care. Find someone to care about today. Express it thru a card, a note, a call or a kind deed.

"MOVING FORWARD" is a statement of faith and action. This must be a part of our daily vocabulary. It must be birthed in our spirits and forged in our souls. To remain motionless is to start to digress and that is not an option. There is life within us and therefore lives before us. Moving forward is not only beneficial for us but also for those that are in our path. Today we "Move Forward"!

"The PAST" is something that we try to live in, forget about, or learn from. It is impossible to live in and if you don't let it go, it sabotages your present. The only effective way of dealing with the past is to learn from it and put it under the blood of Jesus. The past does not have the power to dictate your future. Learn from it and it will be apart of your growth for your future. Let go and have a better today!

"OBSERVATION" is the ability to pay attention to the details. It's easy to fall into patterns and systems that lead us into the familiar. Familiar is the enemy of new. When you are observant you notice the small details of God's unfolding plan and the new opportunities He has for you. Don't miss the little things, they will become great events in the path of your destiny. Today learn to be observant!

"IMPORTANT" is really what you determine and necessary and priority in your life. To often we find our selves doing the thing that is demanding our attention but is really not important. Focus on the things that are life changing and you will find peace of mind and purpose in life. What is important? When you answer that life will take on new meaning.

"STRIDE" is long decisive steps in a specified direction. In other words we become strong and intentional concerning where we are going. When you hit a stride the desired result is very close, your mind is very focused, and your heart is fixed. Hit your stride today. Let your steps be ordered by the Lord. Don't hold back. This is your time to create momentum in your walk with HIM!

"EVALUATION" is the assessing of the value of someone or something. As we move thru life it becomes increasing important to evaluate our lives and productivity. This is never done based on someone else but is based on your purpose and what you did with it. Evaluation also helps us to make adjustments and corrections necessary for improvement. As improvements come promotion is inevitable.

"ALERT" means you're quick to notice any potential danger. The original word means "go to the watchtower". Perhaps it's at the watchtower of prayer that keeps us most alert. The watchtower allows you to see things while they are afar off. That's the time of the most effective prayer. May God grant us the ability to see and to hear. We must stay alert! Learn to battle things early. Stay alert today!

"RESTORATION" means to repair, reconstruct, and revive an object back to it's original condition or use. When God restores us He already knows our original because he made us. He always has the original intent in view no matter how far we strayed. Only the creator can know what must be done to get us back to the original. Restore us oh God today I pray!

"OVERWHELMED" means to be buried beneath a huge mass. Life can try to do this especially if to many things come at you at one time. Handling things as they come gives you the ability to keep things from piling up. Ask the Holy Spirit to give you wisdom and strength. Don't store stuff and lay them aside. They will mount quickly and if your not careful they will overwhelm you. God will help you!

"CONSISTENCY" has to so with the principle of steadfastness. In other words what i am right I will continue to do and will not waver. If you repeat a right action the results will be far greater than just a one time event. Jesus said, "I am the same yesterday, today and forever". That's consistency! Our basic character should not change from hour to hour. Let's learn how to walk this thing out! Be consistent today!

"OPPORTUNITY" originally meant "favorable wind leading to a port". When a ship had favorable winds to safely deliver a product to the port or harbor it was a good day! When opportunity comes it means God has set in motion his favor to bring you to a place of blessing, BEWARE not every opportunity is God. Look for the wind of the Holy Spirit and the voice of God saying, "this is the way, walk in it!". Be Blessed

"LETTING GO" is often difficult but necessary. When you have been taught to fight this concept never enters your mind. There are times to fight but then there are times to let go. This timing can only be found in the voice of God. When God says I'll take it from here it's time to let go. In fact any effort put forth from that point is flesh and can produce nothing. Today learn the moment of "Letting Go"!

"HOLDING ON" is not always the opposite of letting go because letting go means releasing things that are no longer yours to handle. Holding on is the tenacity not to let go of things that are yours and is yours to handle with God's strength. When you know God sent it, is using it, or it is a promise from God; hold on! Holding on can carry with it an attitude, a boldness, even a tenacity. It feels like great FAITH!

"REMNANT" is a group of people who will remain faithful through the difficult times. These are people you can trust with your very life. They won't be there one day and gone the next. We must learn how to endure the tests of time and come out stronger because of it. God is looking for such a people in these troubled days! Welcome to the Remnant!

"IMPORTANT" is something you consider of great significance or value, It's likely to have a profound effect on your success. The root import means to carry in. So whatever you consider important will be carried in and effect your life to a great measure. Importance can be measured by the time, attention, and focus you give something. Make sure that in the midst of every day you focus on important things!

"FREEDOM" is a joy unless it is misunderstood. Freedom means independence from but also responsibility to. We cannot use our freedom as a license to do whatever we want but as a declaration of starting a new journey. Let's enjoy our freedom as a country but remember what our forefathers were fighting for... Freedom of religion (the ability to express our worship to God). Let's celebrate but be responsible.

"MOMENTUM" when you have it the WOW factor is present. When it's missing everything in life seems more difficult. Momentum is achieved when you have a moment in God that is all God and add to it movement that creates momentum. When this is achieved enjoy the ease of God like riding a wave. You will go places and fulfill dreams. Embrace today and have a moment & then

"START" means that you begin. That you let go of yesterday because you learned from it and begin again. There is a kind of freedom of letting things go rather than piling them on today. After awhile today gets too heavy because your trying to carry too much. So START again with the newness of today and the freshness that only God can bring. Welcome to your "Start"!

"VALUE" is the worth you place on a thing. When a thing has value it's sought after, protected, and cared for. We must learn to value what God values. This demonstrates the movement of God's Kingdom through our lives. To value people is the highest order of life and the greatest decision of your Christian living. This is not just as a statement but a practice and a lifestyle. Put value on the right things today!

"CORRECTION" is a tough term to swallow in our society. Sometimes because of the past and abuse but actually correction is a term of a love. A father loves therefore he corrects. The Bible is a family book of a loving Father that corrects His children because of His love for them. Rather than resist correction we should welcome it for it is training us for our future. God thanks for your Correction today!

"GREAT" has an element of God in it because it's not normal. It cannot be classified as good nor is it same oh same oh. Great rarely repeats or seldom bores. It really separates itself from good because good is not good enough to be great. This is not a concept of average, this word denotes "Off the Charts". So when I tell you to have a "Great Day" the anticipation of all that God is and desires to do is released.

"ACCURACY" is the ability to perform a task or live life with precision. We must learn to give attention to details. Trust is good but sometimes trust can be blind. Accuracy keeps you dialed into clarity of observation and the acuteness of hearing. We so desire to raise others up but accuracy will protect the future. Learning this has been difficult!

"The DAWNING of a NEW DAY" God has a way of letting us know that we can begin again. Yesterday always wants to weigh you down. Today wants to invite you forward. So the nights comes to stand between days. Then all of a sudden the sun begins to rise and the dawn appears. It's a new day! Begin again!

"ACTIVATION" that is the process of starting or putting something into practice. When you get a new credit card it has all the potential in the world but until you activate it it remains plastic. The Word of God is powerful. The promises of God are awesome. The provision of God is available but they must be activated... belief, faith, confession are activators. There they are... lots of potential... Activate them!

My 11:11 Calling

What does 11:11 mean ?

It's a wake up call. A wake up to what you really are. You are not some accident of animal evolution, but a spiritual being that needs to pay attention to it's own spiritual evolution.

What does that mean ?

Well in general it is a awakening to things that you don't know, and need to know. Humanity is a mess, and not heading in the right direction. Folks are needed to change that, and it happens one person at a time. Starting with you. Take responsibility for who you are, and most of all, who you are turning into.
