BELIEFS & MINDSETS

What we believe about ourselves as adults often originates in childhood. From the moment we are born our subconscious mind is receiving and storing data that shapes our behavior throughout our life. By the time we are six years old, our personalities and life views are formed based on information we have internalized from our parents, teachers, friends, neighbors, churches, TV, the movies, the media, and literally everything around us. Since children's immature minds are unable to separate fact from fiction at such a young age, all incoming information is absorbed and accepted as truth. This often results in totally erroneous and illogical beliefs that manifest as self defeating attitudes and behavior in adulthood. These old stored beliefs are what determine the limits of what we can achieve, how we behave and how we react to every new situation. Our lives are literally a direct mirror of what we think and believe . What do you see?
What do you want to see?
